The quality of these pad printing clichés or pad printing plates is unequaled. This is evident from their absolute sharpness of contour, multi-stage etching, utilization of screens of all types, very fine surface. Numerous trials have shown that an etching depth of 18-30 micron is optimal for pad printing, varying from substrate to substrate, machinery to machinery. Hence we use special technology in plate making to get more ink film from the etched depth.
