(COR Series)
Co₂ Laser Marking Machine w/ conveyor
(COC Series)
CO₂ laser machines are designed specifically for non-metal materials, including wood, acrylic, paper, plastics, glass, fabric, and leather. They are widely used for both marking and cutting applications. A CO₂ laser marking machine
uses a gas mixture of Carbon Dioxide, helium, nitrogen, and others to generate a laser. The gas is excited by electricity or radio frequencies, causing nitrogen to energize CO₂ molecules. The resulting laser beam operates at infrared
wavelengths (9.6-10.6 microns) and dissolves the surface of materials to create permanent marks. Helium aids in heat transfer, while hydrogen and water vapor help regenerate CO₂.
Power Options: Available from 10 W to 100 W. (PD 10/30/50/100 Series)
Working Area (Marking Bed Range) : 100 X 100 / 300 X 300 mm
Laser wavelength (λ) of 10.6 μm.
Linear speed up to ≤ 7000 mm/s.
CO² Laser cutting Machine (CO-Cut Series)
Power Options: Available from 40 to 200 W.
(Glass Laser Tube : PD GT – 60, 80, 100, 130, 150 Series)
(Metal Laser Tube : PD MT – 40, 60, 80, 100, 200 Series)
Working Area : 1300 X 2500 / 1200 X 1200 / 1300 X 900 / 600 X 900 / 600 X 400 mm
Laser wavelength (λ) of 10.6 μm.

Laser Marking Across Industries
Laser marking has become an essential process across various industries, offering permanent, high-precision, and non-contact engraving solutions on a wide range of materials. Industries such as automotive, electronics, medical, promotional gifting, and industrial manufacturing rely on laser marking for branding, identification, and traceability.
In the corporate and promotional gifting industry, laser engraving is extensively used to personalize keychains, pens, diaries, wallets, trophies, and business accessories. Companies rely on laser marking to imprint their logos, slogans, and unique identifiers on a variety of materials, ensuring long-lasting and professional branding. Unlike conventional printing methods, laser engraving does not fade, making it a preferred choice for premium and executive gifts. One of the biggest advantages of laser engraving in this industry is its versatility across materials. Whether the product is made of metal, wood, leather, acrylic, or glass, laser marking delivers sharp and precise results without damaging the surface. Furthermore, corporate gifting often requires mass customization, and laser marking excels in high-speed, bulk engraving with consistency.
Laser marking of automotive components is a necessary process in order to guarantee the tracking and traceability of components throughout the entire production chain.
It is used to mark texts, logos, serial numbers, 1D or 2D barcodes and more, on a wide range of parts and materials, from engine parts to electronics with a high degree of precision and detail.
The electronics and technology industry also heavily relies on laser marking for USB drives, flashlights, mobile accessories, semiconductor components, circuit boards, chargers, earphones, power banks, smartwatches, laptops, keyboards, computer mice, remote controls, connectors, memory cards, adapters, and electronic casings. Given the small size and complexity of electronic parts, laser engraving ensures detailed and accurate markings, which are crucial for product authentication, serial numbering, branding, and anti-counterfeiting measures. One of the key advantages of laser marking in electronics is its ability to engrave fine details without damaging delicate components.
For household items and kitchenware, laser engraving provides decorative and functional marking solutions. Products such as mugs, glassware, cutlery, kitchen tools, and utensils can be customized with intricate designs, monograms, or branding, enhancing their aesthetic and commercial value. The process is particularly beneficial for creating long-lasting personalization on stainless steel, wood, and ceramic surfaces. Laser engraving is also ideal for customizing home appliances and personal-use items such as electric kettles, toasters, coffee machines, blenders, and cookware.
The jewelry and fashion accessories industry uses laser engraving for precision detailing on bracelets, cufflinks, watches, and eyewear. High-end brands leverage laser technology to mark their logos, serial numbers, and custom designs, adding value and authenticity to their products. The ability to engrave fine details without compromising material integrity makes laser marking indispensable for luxury and fashion goods.
In the medical and pharmaceutical industries, precision and sterility are critical. Laser marking is used on surgical tools, stethoscopes, implants, medical devices, and pharmaceutical packaging, ensuring clear identification without damaging the material. Since laser engraving does not involve ink or chemicals, it is a contamination-free process, making it ideal for medical applications.
